National Park Week

Esirom Foundation’s National Park Week celebration is an annual initiative that aims to promote the conservation of Jamaica’s natural treasures, particularly The Blue & John Crow Mountains National Park, which is home to endangered and endemic species. Starting in 2022, this celebration offers free entry to Holywell Park, encouraging awareness and visitation to these vital green spaces.

In its second year, the event expanded to include a diverse range of activities like “Yoga in the Hills,” a scavenger hunt, a “Grow Your Own Food” session, and a “Paint & Sip at Sunset,” all designed to foster a deeper connection with this unique environment and support sustainable tourism, in alignment with the Esirom Foundation’s core objectives.
